Well, yes but the site has the sleepstyle and the M series at about the same level even though as a user I perceive a noticeable difference in sound between the two. So it looks like the S8 II is the best choice. Now I just have to pick between the elite II and the autoset. I haven't used an apap other than when I was tested, but it could be useful to put off having to find a new doctor and deal with whatever the new insurance company's deal is with pre-existing conditions.
