Wish i could understand computer talk and what you were all talking about--I only pray the software comes out for this machine--i was told by owner of company i bought it from that it would and so i got the machine--it was all about doing my own charting--have not got one call from sleep study on how i was doing and they told me when i got going to bring in my info every two weeks and then once a month---not my idea of follow up--so i chose to do my own--frustrated as i am not a computer wiz and your gift of a the down load --isnt working for me--but thanks for trying--any suggestions on another machine and software i could get for now and keep as a back up would be greatly appreciated as what i am reading from above posts----i was lied to by manufactures about software coming out--wish i knew who was right and who was wrong--kinda like in life-but-----------i can breath at night so very grateful for that--

Sorry to hear of such troubles with the install. Maybe i don't understand the problem but I used the EncoreAdmin logon with a new password as I am the only user and need complete access.

So from what I've gathered, no one has been able to reverse-engineer the data on the card? I've looked through the data files a little (haven't had the machine a week yet) and have made no progress.

I'd really like the software to be able to read the data from the card. Any guidance on how to get it would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's in binary (machine readable only), and looks to be in a proprietary format, but it could be a basic MS-SQL dump. I'm looking into it, but got sidetracked with some other issues. It may be difficult if they have encrypted it (doubtful, it looks basic).

So if i use a sd card reader and encore viewer, it won't work?

Just got the machine myself and would be interested in the software. I assume you can just use a plain SD card reader to read it?

And I don't suppose the software is Mac-compatible...

I went looking on isohunt and thepiratebay to see if the software out there via a torrent. You would think that some office tech would feel compelled to share (hint hint to all you techs out there!!) but I found nothing. Well, I did find some site claiming to have all of the software, but they wanted some $$$ first (I call BS!). Don't waste your money.

The only thing stopping me from upgrading to a System One machine is the lack of software.
