Thanks very much for that.
Has anyone else had trouble getting past the password change message when you first run the program?
Every time I respond to the prompt to change the password, I get an error message and the program shuts down. I have tried re-installing the software several times and still experience the same issue.

When it finishes installing, it asks you if you want to read the "read me" file. I suggest you do that. It has the initial username and password.

Thanks - however I already did that and followed the prompts.
It accepted the existing password but refused to accept the password change.
I basically tried changing from "password1" to "password2".

Try to note the specific password reset errors that may appear in small red text in an annoyingly thin font (if i recall correctly) for such critical feedback. There are password length restrictions, as well as a requirement for at least one digit.

"password2" may be invoking a different password restriction feature, which is that it might be too close to the password it's replacing.

Thanks - I will try reinstalling the software and use a different password using the same length and one digit.

Unfortunately, I still get the same error message: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: MaxWidth can not be less than MinWidth.
The password name I used was exactly the same length as "password1" using the number "3" at the end.
It shuts down the program at this point. When I attempt to re-enter, I have the password prompt and whatever I input, it produces the same error message and shuts down.
I must admit to being stumped, at this point.

Mind if i inquire about the screen resolution you're using? I noticed that the splash screen rendered awkwardly, and that portions of the login prompt were off-screen at the original resolution I had selected (for a virtual machine). Only some elements resized properly when i increased the resolution. Try exiting the application, increasing your screen resolution if possible, and then starting the application again, maybe?
Another idea...
Are you using a multi-monitor machine? Even if it appears that this application is only rendering on one monitor, some elements could be calculating their relative position from a zero-offset on a second screen. That might explain the MaxWidth/MinWidth discrepancy.

I recently got a Respironics System One Auto machine, and I would really like to get the Encore Pro 2.2 (or 2.1?) software. Can someone PM me with info on how to get it? Thanks very much in advance. This is my first post here, and I hope I am doing it right.

Hey there.
I am using a resolution of 2560 X 1600 on a 30 inch monitor - I have 2 other 24inch monitors, but they have nothing opened in them. All they display is the desktop background. I did complete re-starts and opened no apps whilst installing.
The opening screen of the App rendered just fine and appeared to be sized correctly (no stretched or compressed images).
Thanks - I appreciate your help.

I'd try dropping down to just one monitor temporarily if it's still not working for you. If that solves it, at least you'd have isolated the issue. Other things that might work would be to switch the designation of the "main" monitor to one that's farthest right or left in your configuration, but that's highly speculative. Dropping down to one monitor should be the most definitive next troubleshooting step, in my opinion.

Still no luck - maybe it's a sign...
I may need to go back to using my S8, just to get access to the data.
