It was you that provided me the means to take control of my treatment. I've not forgotten and I've passed that along every chance I get. Den is right. Helping is infectious.

Laura, if the IRS would allow volunteered time as a charitable contribution, I'm sure your tax debt would be lessened by many thousands. Not that you do this FOR the return ... you so obviously don't ... that's part of your charm ... but it would happen nonetheless. Thank you so much for your involvement here; not only for your good advice about the nuts and bolts of xpap therapy, but also for helping to keep things to a dull roar at times, for your constant encouragement, for repeating instructions again and again and generally just for sharing so much of yourself with so many of us. You are a woman of great wit, wisdom and compassion. Kudos on this milestone.

Laura, it's been a busy week, and I'm sorry to be a late-comer here to congratulate you, but not for any reason than too much holiday stuff to do. As everyone else has said so much more beautifully, I have so appreciated your calm, respectful, encouraging, considered, painstaking, graceful, even-tempered, graphic, detailed, and repetitive educational responses to all of us here. You are truly a model for all of us when we are not at our best. We are so fortunate that you have committed such an enormous amount of your time to this forum, and personal attention to PM's as well. And that's not to even mention the time and attention you have spent in putting together your archived lists of topic links and lab-ratting awards. Blows me away!! Since my first week of reading here, I quickly knew that you were a solid rock for grounding, and you've helped me with some tough stuff ever since. Yes, I agree with GumbyCT...Get out your white cape! Thanks so much for what you do!
