Maybe slightly better. I expect either this is sleep deficit. Am planning to talk to my PCP to discuss ruling out thyroid probs.

Well, I know I won't bump 0.5 cm, as the ResMed Autoset is in even 0.2 increments . Thinking of bumping up a bit. Will report back. Thanks for suggestion.

Next, you are going to need a cat, or preferably several. Your local animal shelter will have plenty to choose from. Reserve the name "Mr. Biggles" for one of them. An old manual typewriter will also come in handy.

Sure would be nice to see what the auto pressure would be prior to, during, then after the apnea. Did you note that before when in auto mode? Any relationship?
If it were me, I think I'd live with the best (of the ones you've tried so far) mode and settings for several weeks and see if more recovery occurs...your brain-sleep pattern might change during that time allowing more restful sleep with fewer events and less daytime sleepiness. Our bodies don't like frequent change and that includes both the weather and shifts in daylight. As we move into colder, perhaps drier air, the body has to accommodate.

Didn't see any obvious differences in the past.

One night of 10.4 didn't show any measurable difference from 10.0. (AI of 0.6). I plan on continuing 10.4 for a few more nights.
