Definitely do
not have the hang of it yet. But the table I posted above, at 2:15pm, is a report of my latest FFM use.

How about exporting data files?

OMG. I have no memory of how to do that with my PB Silverlining (weird) software readouts. What would you like to see, and how do I do that?

Although I simply have not had or taken the time to try to figure out how to get screenshots of my Silverlining software data to post here (I am hopelessly computer-stupid), I wanted to dredge up this thread with a follow-up note.
Over the past several weeks, I have spent 3-4 nights each with DME-loaned new FFM's and another Hybrid. Here are all the masks I am now comparing (with focus on my apparent pattern of always having significantly higher AHI with FFM's than nasal pillows when leak-line is at-or-near perfect):
Ultra Mirage Shallow FFM; Ultra Mirage Standard FFM; Quattro FFM; Respironics FullLife FFM; Hybrid; and Liberty hybrid. I spent over an hour with carefully fitting each mask to my side-sleeping position, and my data charts showed that I was able to keep my leak line right at the intended manufacturer's level for my pressure with no leakouts during the nights exceeding 1-2 points higher than the recommended level.
Let me first say that the FullLife was pretty much ridiculous for me. There was no way I could achieve a consistent seal despite my minimal movement at night now--even when I tightened it down to more than I think is appropriate. Another question I've written to Respironics about, is that the intended leak rate chart appears to me to be a misprint, with numbers much lower than I believe is humanly possible based upon my 2 best nights with the seal (though too tight for regular use).
Summary of all the testing I've done, is that every single one of these masks result in AHI's ranging from the general range of 2.8 to 4.5, with at least one night's reading above that with almost every mask, up to 6.5 at the worst. And again, this is with leaks under excellent control.
When using any of my nasal pillow masks with mouth taping, I stay pretty consistently below 1.0-1.5 and feel remarkably better. (With the old Swift LT pillows before their quality mfg failure began, I stayed below 1.0 every night).
I am continuing to think that FFM's may be pushing my lower jaw back and therefore closing my airway further. However, increasing my pressure just that little bit from 10.5 to 11.0 to try to compensate for that, consistently increases my AHI to the 6-7 range. I have admittedly not had time to do a consistent test to see if, as SWS suggested, taping my mouth inside the FFM's might prove that my mouth breathing inside the FFM is decreasing my breathing efficiency and thus increasing my AHI.
