I'm all of 57....on CPAP since June and sleeping better and better.

We are all younger every morning. Rebuilding those cells that used to DIE.

Crap.. I must've forgotten about the walk both ways. i guess with it being so long (25 miles), you just think of it as one big journey.

Getting ready go head out in the blizzard....

I just was doing a scan of this incredibly long thread to see if there were any photos I could use in the updated yearbook soon and found a photo of Amigo, who is supposed to be in his sixties. Now, either he is lying about his age and is NOT in his sixites or he has submitted a younger photo, but this is not the photo of a sixty-year-old. Is it my eyes or what??? If it's an up-to-date photo, I want to know what he's doing right.

That's really fascinating. Thanks for doing this. I am in the biggest group. I was always under the impression that most apneacs were older.

I think we are seeing two things there....the age groups of those who have apnea....and then the dropoff of the older ages who don't use computers as much...Interesting indeed.

Just a thought.

There might be a third factor. The senior crowd may rely on their doctors for all of their medical input and less inclined to seek peer to peer input.
BTW, I'm 62 so if I'm correct I'm also an exception.

Just noticed this event.

My watch shows I went past 58 last May, but I can assure you that I haven't grown up and I don't plan on changing that strategy.
