I have the same mask and also the same in a nasal mask.

I used mine for weeks before I notice the bridge (hope this is the right term) adjustment just above the nose. My forehead slants back some and an adjustment helped. Another couple of weeks later I was so frustrated that I visited my DME for some advise. They measured me with templates they have for this brand of mask and discovered they had given me the wrong size based on my sleep study report. I had a large and needed a medium mask. They gave me a medium nasal and ordered a new medium full face. That solved my problem and I can up my pressure without major leaks.
The minor leaks can be adjusted by moving your head a little while getting comfortable to sleep. I put on my mask with my head level and then when I laid down my chin position was lower. I found that by raising my chin some away from my chest would tighten the lower straps and reseal. I think I am now trained and do this in an early sleep stage because it is not an issue anymore. The nose pain in the morning was solved with the new size because I don't have to strap the medium on as tight to get a good fit.
Just my 2 cents to let you know it is possible to get a very good (not perfect) seal. Keep trying different things and make sure you have the right size mask. You should get a good seal without tape and bandaids, etc.

After trying 5 full face mask the one that seals the best for me is the forma fit. I can pull it from my face to pop out air then get a good seal. ALso if tighten the it as tight as I can stand to get a good seal then went about 10 second and then loosen the straps but the seal stays tight pretty much all through the night for me, however if I wake up to a little leak noise I just do this process all over gain and that again resolves the problem for me.

I had the Quattro for a year, great mask for sealing, but did occasionally have problems with the bridge of my nose. Please see my review of the new Respironics Fitlife mask, recently put in. It may seem crazy to have a mask cover your whole face, but it is no more invasive than the quattro when you look at how much of your face is actually covered by a typical full face mask.
Try the Fitlife, it is awesome, just a little pricey.

I just switched from my Comfort Gel nasal mask with chinstrap to the Quattro FF Mask. I was hesitant at first because of the problems with FF masks reported here. The first mask given to me was a Large which leaked at the eyes and rubbed the top of my nose. I was re-fitted with a Medium and it has been wonderful. I have now slept through 4 nights in a row with this new mask. Absolutely no problem with leaks so far.

I had similar problems and went to a Liberty mask. It has nasal pillows , but also covers the mouth (a necessity for me). Since it does not go over the nose, it has eliminated the sore spot. I have had great success with this, some leaks on the face, but using some of the methods mentioned above, am getting nearly perfect nights. This mask is much quieter than the Quattro, in my experience.
Good Luck!

Funny, how people perceive noise. The Quattro is extremely quiet in my experience—perhaps the quietest of all that I've used—and I'm very sensitive to mask noise.

You guys rock! I've gotten so many ideas from your replies. I'm hoping that my mask is simply too big and the change will help. But if not, there are tons more suggestions here that I can try. Thanks for the help!
