Unscented baby wipes for your face and anything touching it.
Disinfectant? Why? Most microbes in our environment are not only harmless,
but it is possible they help keep us well. Kill too many, and we risk lowered immunity.

Oh please. Clorox does not soak into silicon. Clorox dissipates very quickly. unless you wipe it and put it on your face right away it is gone. If you wipe it an hour before bed (maybe less) it's gone. If you wipe it and wave it around it is gone.
Now if you just don't want to use it, well then fine, do whatever you want.

I'm not sure you would want to put that on your face afterward? You should just buy the CPAP wipes on Amazon or CPAP.com--they are cheap as can be.

After reading these posts you can see that many of you do not have common sense, common sense isn't very common. Chlorine is in a swimming pool, chlorine is in you bleach that you use to wash your white clothes. Now the odor dissipates and would not be there all night. Another thing to consider is the liquid from the wipes will also dry and dissipate. You should wipe your mask clean in the morning and by night there would be no more residue.

An old post/thread, however, if you can't take the time to wash it with soap and warm water then non-scented baby wipes are a good choice. Any box store has them in bulk. CPAP.com, sells a special cpap wipe but it's probably the same as a Costco baby wipe (can't say that for certain, but it's my guess).

Common sense says to avoid exposing your skin and lungs to irritants.
Clorox is not only that, but somewhat CORROSIVE.
If it is unpleasant, it is probably not good for you--except exercise and dieting,
and I'm not too sure about that.

rickskids, if you're the only user why disinfect anything? I never wipe my mask or cushions. I replace the mask every 6 months and the cushion every 3 months or so.
