Bcab, you might try alternating the Swift LT with another mask, until you find the sweet spot in terms of tension of the straps, and seal. I did exactly that (back and forth between that and my Swift II). No two masks position alike on different people. In terms of irritation, I find that the Cpap Moisture Therapy cream sold by our host (cpap.com) works like a charm for me in terms of chapping, and mask rashes or nostril flare up.

Trying the o-rings tonight for the first time. I couldn't find the right size so I'm using two stacked 9/16" ID x 11/16" OD x 1/16" thick rings. The outer diameter shouldn't be that important as long as the neck of the pillows isn't pinched (ID) and the thickness is right.
