Wow, thanks for all the comments and suggestions. I have had a lot of fun putting this product together. Let me try to answer some of the questions.
Pictures are on the website--need to create a Library page for more pictures (note to self).
As for size, I have experimented with a larger size but it does not perform as well. I think it's best to try to keep things simple. Because the pillow is not "resilient" like most others, all buckwheat hulls are more compact than their cousins. It may seem small but it is actually optimized for most everybody. The four inch side panels provide more than enough room to meet individual needs.
As for hull volume, the pillow actually holds about 3.75 gallons of hulls. It now ships with 4 gallons of hulls. This was done in response to comments from plr66 and others--so that concern has been addressed with the current product. As for hulls with more "loft" I'd be happy for supplier referrals. I have experimented with various sources and the current supplier is as large and "mainstream" as they come--the provide lots of pillow hulls into the market.
As for pillow cases, any standard case works. Cases are sold separately on the website.
