- More anxiety
- Agitation
- Horrible abdominal cramps and diarrhea
- Skin felt like it was on fire
Spirit, how did your sleep doctor confirm that it was the Klonopin damaged your throat? In what way is it damaged?
Thanks!

Have you ever tried lots of natural anti-inflammatories (cucurmin, garlic, ginger, onion family for starters) for the gut issues and L-Glutamine to help gut cells heal? Tried lots of omega 3 essential fatty acids (Salmon, walnuts, Krill oil) concurrent with reducing omega 6s (veggy & seed oils)? Essential fatty acids are incorporated into each cell membrane; it should be mostly omega 3 EFAs but we eat so little and so much omega 6s that the body is forced to use omega 6s which mean the cell membrane is not as strong or as stable as nature intended. In the brain, it means that cell-to-cell communication is compromised and mood disorders are one of the most frustrating by-products to deal with because so many assume it's a psychological when it's biological...not enough omega 3s in the diet. I keep depression at bay by taking Coromega fish oils and DHA supplements.tattooyu wrote:...
My digestive enzymes already have turmeric and ginger in them. I cannot digest fish oil capsules well, and I've tried some very good brands. I think it's my lack of gallbladder, and the fact that fats trigger IBS. I'm also mildly allergic to onions and moderately allergic to garlic. Lucky me! I'll check out the L-Glutamine.Muse-Inc wrote:Have you ever tried lots of natural anti-inflammatories (cucurmin, garlic, ginger, onion family for starters) for the gut issues and L-Glutamine to help gut cells heal?
