We're pretty mild compared to most here. Mine was 23. My wife's was 41. With treatment, we're both <1.

130 for me,
Four months and counting into this adventure and hopefully my first machine arrives by end of this week?
Anxiously awaiting some improvement in my sleep. My titration study got my AHI down to 3 with 10cm pressure, I was surprised how I adapted quickly to sleeping on the system- study results said sleep onset was within 5 minutes. Honestly one of the better nights' sleep I've had in a long time.

Excitedly awaiting a new Dreamstation Auto with Heated humidifier,
And a new Dreamwear mask- got along great with that one right off the bat!

I think these raw numbers can be miss leading. If you look at my raw number of 81 it
doesn't take in account how long the apnias lasted. I believe one of mine lasted 51 seconds.
It wouldn't many apnias like that to totally mess your night up even if your AHI didn't look
all that bad.

I also think the treated numbers are misleading. Looking at the flow rate graphs, it's obvious that there are events that aren't caught or treated.

I actually thought I had an unusually good night sleep when I had my study.
Then I found out my AHI was 81 .

Mine was 25, but the doctor said it's usually higher in REM sleep, which I never reached (what a miserable night of barely sleeping that sleep study was). The 25 AHI was enough to convince me, but I bet it would have been higher if the insurance would have allowed me to do a home sleep study instead of at the sleep lab.

My diagnostic #s:
AHI 48.4
Supine AHI 63.2
REM AHI 61.5
Low O2: 72%

I had an O2 sat less than 85% for 10% of the time that I was asleep .

While on treatment, my AHI is usually under 5. Would like to get it a bit lower. Work in progress!

My numbers from diagnostic sleep study done on Sep 5 2015.

Total sleep time was 329 minutes, with 63 minutes of REM.

AHI: 16.2 (Event breakdown: 87 obstructive hypopneas and 2 central apneas)
REM AHI: 24.8
Non-REM AHI: 14.2

Min oxygen saturation was 88%. Time spent at 88% was less than 1% of sleep time.

My treated AHI is now under 1.5 most nights, and no more night sweats and waking up with a racing heart. I'm sleeping well too, much better than back then.

I need to request my actual results. I’ve only been told a few things.

Diag:
132 an hour
And o2 of 43%

Titration:
??
71%
Ended up at 24/20

Just for my BiPAP yesterday. Only slept 3h with it but when I woke up, it felt like the best sleep I’ve had in a while.
