OK, two nights "under my belt" and a leak rate that is virtually zero (a few spikes) and the IPAPmin set to 1.0. First night AI = .7, HI = 7.7, second night AI = 1.7, HI = 19.1.
Apneas under control and the hypopneas are still in the range of previous nights (widely dispersed) i.e. unchanged. With AI in a more desirable range, it is time to focus on the hypopneas.
I know I probably have hypopneas during the day, along with headaches (annoying but not constant or severe) and a tendency to want to sleep. Anybody for hypercapnia?
What to try next? Change IPAP? EPAP? IPAP to EPAP span? Something else?
