Glad you got your prescription. But for the record, I wanted to post this. It is from the FAQ at cpap.com

How can I collect a Prescription?
In order to purchase a CPAP or BiPAP machine, humidifier or mask, a prescription is needed.

If you have a copy of your prescription in your possession, it can be submitted to us and can be use for all orders for the equipment noted in the prescription going forward.

The prescription can be written by any of the following care providers or medical doctors, which include but are not limited to:

•Primary Care Physician
•Internist
•Sleep Physician
•General Practice or Family Physician
•Nurse Practioner
•Doctor of Osteopathy
•Physician's Assistant
•Dentist
If your doctor is aware of your sleep therapy and use of a CPAP machine, contact the office to request an Rx.

(it goes on into more detail about what needs to be on there.)
