I take a small in the CL2 nasal pillows, and I'm fine with the Headrest mediums. In fact, just for the heckuvit, I tried the larges one night, and found that while they weren't as comfortable as the medium, I could use them if I had to. Which is nice to know, since my DME is slower than molasses in January, running uphill on a February day when it comes to getting me supplies.

I am using OptiLife (nasal pillows), and have no problems with leaks when I sleep on my side. I can also use if for sleeping on my stomach!!!

I have very small nares. This might seem a bit weird, but I can't even fit my index finger in, if that gives you some idea : ) It seems like a person should at least be able to effectively pick their nose : ) LOL Anyway, I use the ComfortLite2 medium nasal pillows. I have found through using various masks that I was using pillows that were too small. When I moved up to the medium and fit the mask so that they fit with a lighter pressure so that the air blowing up the 'pillow' provided the seal needed.

Hope this helps.

After tinkering around with four pillows masks, and being dissatisfied with each of them, I changed to a nasal mask. I found the mask that is quiet, no squeeks. For me it is a perfect side-sleeper. I put my mask on, hop into bed, turn on my side & snuggled into my pillow. When I awaken in the A.M., it is still attached to my face - but in a comfortable way.

The mask is a Fisher & Pykel Zest Nasal Mask. It comes in one size is supposed to fit all. It fits me just fine. Someone mentioned small nares, I have them, but the air comes through my nose at a good, yet satisfactory rate.
