My pressure has never ever gotten to my top setting of 14 cm. It is usually 11 cm or 11.5 cm and, rarely, 12 cm.
I wonder what other settings the people who have this runaway pressure situation. What is your flex setting and what is your eround and iround setting?
I'm not sure this would make a difference but I am trying to figure out why this happens on some people's Intellipaps.

I found the Intellipap auto overly sensitive detecting hypopneas. The default setting is a 50% reduction in flow for 10 seconds. My AHI was 9 to 12 nearly all hypopneas.
I found my average respiration rate is 14 per minute or a breath every 4.2 seconds. My ventilation varies from 8 to 16 liters per minute.
I changed the hypopnea settings to 60% reduction for 16 seconds. AHI is now in the 4 to 7 range and the pressure profile is similar to my S9.

I accidentally changed the language of my DV54D to Spanish. Please tell me how to switch this back to English. What combination of buttons should I press?

Goose Egg, to enter the menu that has the language choices, press Ramp and Down (continue holding them down) and then press On/OFF (so you have three buttons down at the same time). This enters the Clinician Menu and the first choice is language. Press the up or down arrows until it returns to English. You can then press On/Off to exit the menu or continue on the see the other adjustments available in this series of menus.

I've been through the online (PDF) documentation at the DeVilbiss website and I don't believe there is anywhere online that I could get this assistance than here

Thank you, Rustsmith
