Any idea why your VS index is so much higher on the top/better chart?

Not really. Maybe some hose noise from movement. Maybe some legit snores as I do see some increased pressure noted. Maybe the machine was chasing the snores a bit. I don't know. It didn't appear be enough to trigger leaks. I have also had nights where I have seen some VS numbers when I was taped.
I have only been on this therapy since May 23. I am still trying to get some consistency in therapy.
I like to know the relationship between many of these numbers but I try not to dwell on just a number. If I had seen those VS number on the bottom chart I would say I had a significant mouth leak. As long as I feel good, I don't worry about the snore numbers unless they seem to be lessening effectiveness of the treatment.

That table called "Daily events per hour" has a misleading name, since what it really shows is events
per pressure; it calculates an AHI for each pressure serparately -- and that number becomes meaningless when the time spent at any pressure is a few minutes.
Since fixed pressure machines use only one pressure, they do not have that events per
pressure table
