When I first started c-pap therapy I would take my mask off, but never do anymore. Are we talking about regular ambien or the ambien cr? It seems it's the ambien cr that makes people do things they don't remember. Wasn't there a person who when outside in the winter and died from exposure? I think this was in Wisc. last winter.

Maybe it's the wrong mask for him.

sleep with oven mitts on your hands. It will cause you to wake up if you try to remove the mask (because it's too hard to do) and in two or three nights you won't do it anymore.
