It's almost impossible to know what a person's post means We only know what meaning we give to the words in the post. But, there are number of threads here, that start out in a serious manner - and end-up with witty posts. Does that mean when you have the problem of sleep apnea, you have enough troubles already, and look for the humurous side of life? That works for me; I'd rather laugh than cry.

ok - then I guess my credibility is shot! I know that my posts contain errors - grammar, spelling, you name it. However, I think i get my point across and that pretty much anyone can understand me. I don't have the time to necessarily go back and look for errors. I also find it a little strange that folks here will judge someone on that and take them any less seriously. I know many people that may not have the best writing skills, and not only can I understand them - but I would trust them and know that if they tell me something, they have either experienced it personally or have researched the topic thouroughly.

I wish we were all as perfect as we think we are.

2 flamingoes, I believe your credibility is still intact. I don't think anyone who responded re credibility issues with correct grammar was referring to social or informal situations such as this - I certainly was not. On this forum we're all tired and/or frustrated enough more often than not, and a cry for help should not be subject to the grammar police! I believe we're all very accepting here, and accept the person and the message rather than the dressing. However, in formal or corporate situations for some people it sometimes is difficult not to initially judge by appearances - again, not the best way to go, but perhaps human. Easy to overcome or circumvent, but still, can be there!

Charmin is a major brand of toilet paper. Mr. Whipple was used in advertisements for the product for many years, but not recently.

The Charmin was so soft that he could not resist squeezing it -- hence the line "please don't squeeze the Charmin."
