Updated CPAPtalk.com Private Message Policy

Howdy All,
A previous thread set down the conditions to be met before a CPAPtalker is granted a Report Spam button.
We have been getting Private Message ("PM") spammed. Trinh has put a fix in. The fix rests on the rules of the previous Report Spam conditions. Here's the deal:
1. If you have a Report Spam button, you can send PMs without captchas as you always do. You are now capped at no more than 10 recipients to any one PM you send. If the 10 recipient limit is messing with what you do on CPAPtalk, post to this thread and walk me through the need.
2. If you do not have a Report Spam button, you will be asked to type in letters from a captcha before you can send your PM. You are also capped at no more than 10 recipients to any one PM you send.
If you lose your spam button, you also gain a PM captcha. This is harsh, the spam will stop.
If the bots start figuring out ways around our captchas, we will put another layer in and stay ahead of the spam cat and mouse game.
Johnny
