Hi Muffy, I'm back up. Our Son called saying he would be staying here a couple of days for a Business Conference, is expected about 3a.m. If he isn't here by then, He will have to ring the door bell.

I got your interesting links about Effexor. I have an opinion about Effexor, I didn't like it's effects on me. I had an occasional night when I couldn't get to sleep until way late. Then I was prescribed Effexor to solve all my FMS pains, stiffness and Insomnia. My insomnia changed to frequent bouts of insomnia. Then when I became nervous, I decided that drug had a negative influence and I wanted to stop it.

Am I going to get a post connecting Anxiety and Depression?

In our FMS Educate. Group, depression was rampant, and suicide wasn't too unusual.

The anxiety I had lasted for 2 -3 years. One day, I decided it came from the brain. We inpmimented I implemented my plan, and the anxiety never returned. Jan

Muffy , Your posts are ever imformative - always interesting till you asked if Spell Check worked? Occasionally, & it's a sore spot this a.m. My current theme song is "The Vista Blues" Can't put total blame on Vista, I WP rapidly - quickly skim the post - & occasionally forget Spell Check.

my new puter is Vista, 32 Bit, Home Basic with 400 GB Memory & all the bells & whistles. It is most of the problem, I yearn for my XP . The new puter is LOPSOD, Yesterday's two posts were dumped yesterday 2-3 times. When a small blue whirling circle appears, it's going to dump. And I try to submit what I have - before it disappears, with or without Spell Check. I cannot WP in Word & post here. grrrrrrrr.

I have Acrobat Reader 9, but today's link on sleep won't come up - a little note appears - telling me I can't read without Acrobat Reader 9. I'm busy with my son between his meetings. ASA I can, I going to visit Uninstall - Reinstall. Either that or the garbage can.

Considering your age (19 when I last checked), and the number of kids (4!) I'm not sure it really is your birthday today - but since I don't know any other better day, this one's as good a any to wish you a Happy Birthday!

Is unique, witty & female. Many females have similar traits - they love chocolate (well ,maybe that isn't on your list of foods) live for gossip, and lie about about their age & adore gifts. However, I said you are unique - if none of the above suit you - just accept my wishes for a Happy Birthday.

I knew about dog years in relation to people years. But I had been wondering about muffin years.

And I always assumed muffins had offspring in litters or denominations by the dozen. The dinner-table attrition rate may be terrible or the litter rate just may be far less prolific than I had always assumed. BTW, am I to assume that's a 0.27% pure chance that your wonderfully entertaining character happened to select my exact birthday?

CompSAS/CSDB may arguably fall under that same general "autonomic dysregulation" umbrella according to some researchers. So far autonomic neuropathy, for instance, is viewed by researchers as having a possible CompSAS/CSDB link. You would seem to be a candidate.

Thanks, Mar... I only advanced one human year. But by cyber-monkey standards I went from being 50 yesterday to being only 29 today.

Celebrated last night with friends. After one sticker-shock of a restaurant tab, I solemnly suggested steaks on the grill when my wife asked me where I'd like to go this evening. True story. Great friends, though. They are the ones who offered to adopt Laryssa, if she needed a good family. Great thread with great people who care. That was the thread where Banned became Sir Banned in my eyes. Sir Brazilian attained knighthood too...

Hmmm... Steaks on the grill... I seem to be working toward my own autonomic dyscontrol experiment...

I will be celebrating tomorrow with my folks... a good friend's b'day in the 15th; mine is the 17th, so we split the dif and get together to celebrate on the 16th.

Last week, we did Mom's day. I cooked dinner for six people for four nights for one third of what it cost to go to a fancy steak place. I understand sticker shock!

But hey, food is good medicine, right?
