Try asking your doctor whether prozac or deanxit dragees are suitable for your condition. Both of them are treatment option to panic and anxiety, but they are not sedatives.

I take a low 10 mg dose of Citalopram daily and no longer have panic attacks. I was having them almost daily before the med. Doesn't seem to affect my AHI at all.
