If you want to PM me your email address, I can send you the Provider's Quick Setup Guide for the M Series Pro so that you will have the information on how to change the settings. It's just 2 pages.

If you want to Pm me and give me your email address, I can send you, by email attachment, the "Provider's Quick Setup Guide" for the M Series Pro. Then you will have the printed information on how to set it up. It is just 2 pages.

For some unknown reason, this post came up twice. I had an error message so posted again but both are here!

Back home again so I can be myself !

My friend's leak rate was 20.9 and the AHI was 12.4. The numbers did appear after waiting about an hour, but they aren't any where near 29-32 leak and >5.0 for AHI. His machine is a Respironic M Series with humidifier and Swift LT Mask. Pressure set to 6.0

Can anyone offer an opinion regarding those results?

Is C-Flex turned on? Since C-Flex reduces pressure during the exhale, the average leak rate is going to be lower than it would be at a constant 6 cm. I think that leak rate is fine, but the AHI is high. This probably indicates a need for a higher pressure, but it would be good to look at the detailed data from the card.

Heirloom Gardener - His C-Flex is set at 3. He is going to get his card read. At first, he didn't want to hear about being able to monitor his therapy - but, now he is understanding the benefit of participating in how it is going.
