by wading thru the muck!
Hi Johnny,

Have they used up their allotment of canned answers for 2004?

I guess I'll just have to spend my holiday without it.

Any updates?

Interview Delay

Greetings,

Interviewing a company as large as Respironics is a difficult process for both parties. We at cpaptalk continue to work with and make ourselves available to Respironics. However, the interview is still not available at this time.

I deeply regret the delays. Users of this board have my word that as soon as cpaptalk is able to release the interview we will do so. It will be posted above the current PB Interview. I will also post here noting it's release.

We continue to fight to keep you informed of the most recent development in the world of CPAP. I thank you all for your continued interest and support.

Thanks Johnny for all your efforts. If you can keep us in the loop, I am sure we all will be grateful. BTW, any info on any new Resmed machines?

Howdy,

cpaptalk.com is very pleased to release our Respironics interview! You may view it here:

Respironics Auto C-Flex, Pro 2 C-Flex Interview

It will also be available in our CPAP Interviews section at the top of the page, and as we do more interviews, you can still look it up by clicking "older interviews".

Thanks for your interest and support in this process! We hope you like it!

Awesome! Thank you so much for the post. I am pleased to see that most, if not all our questions were asked. However, Respironics didn't come out directly and confirm or deny if the CFLEX only lowered the pressure a maxium of 3 cm.

Looks like I may have to wait and see how the new Resmed Auto will do. I read somewhere, perhaps here (?) that they will have a smaller auto machine available.

In addition, there is some confusion on the Respironics warranty. My DME in Canada tells me that there is a 5 year warranty (2 plus 3 extended) but Respironics isn't admitting this and one Canadian online CPAP says that Respironics does have an extended warranty available...how confusing and considering Respironics recent problems with their machines, I am not impressed. But, like my DME says, he no longer rejects Respironics due to their reliability issues because they have improved their warranty. Only time will tell how they handle any problems with their machine.

CPAP Restar monitor

Suggestion: could monitor be manufactured in a silver or chrome outside cover or even matalic color for a more applealing color rather than just black which doesn't take dust very well?

I believe usefullness rather than esthetics is their goal. Remember, a CPAP is medical equipment.

Yes, it is......and now it's gone (at least until they snag this thread again).

This thread is especially useful to spammers, it has phantom page numbers.

Thanks Ric, but it seems like we haven't yet reached page 4. So I thought I put a post here to help that along. I can't count how many spammer posts I've deleted from this thread!!
