Now that my leaks are under control, I actually don't feel the need to nap at all! Maybe if I went on a long hike before I might.

I just find it odd that my nap numbers are SO much worse than a regular night's sleep.

AHI is apneas and hypopneas with respect to TIME. One apnea episode over 8 hours yields a smaller ahi than one apnea over one hour. Therefore a higher ahi during naps. That's one possible explanation.

My naps are short, 30 to 40 minutes and my AHI is nearly always 0. I believe its because I do not get deeply into sleep when most of my events happen, deep and REM.

8 years for a reply? Haha. That's pretty epic.
I've beat sleep apnea. It's gone for the most part. I posted my methods, and the thread was deleted. I guess it is so counterintuitive it sound like bs. All I can say is this is just a symptom, and curing the cause cures the symptom(s). Best of luck.

One of those polls that people hate....someone voted and didn't comment but by voting in a poll it always brings the poll to the top of the main forum page.
Voting does the same thing as posting....brings the thread back to the top.

Now how someone found this old poll....beats the hell out of me.

Well all I can say is a pox upon them.
