I'm starting to get the hang of this thing. Sort of.
Now about the hanging by the knees sleep position....
I got the hose hanging from the window.
So now I need:
a hose cover
a heated hose
a card reader and software....does that go onto your computer and does it work with Mac?
Maybe you should ask about the Mac on a separate thread - some people have tried it, I'm not sure how successful they were and what was needed - there's no monitoring software made for the Mac specifically.
and probably a full face mask...which means I can dump the chin strap, right?
...Yes.

I have a hook in the wall about a foot or so above my head; the hose goes through a hair elastic band, and a shoe lace is tied to the hair elastic on one side, and to the hook on the other - so the hose has lots of right to left play.

O.

Any reason for the swap?

Thank you to everyone who has given me advice.
I think I did pretty well last night, I upped my pressure to 6.5.
It's funny you get one thing fixed and something new pops up. I have the hose suspended and that's been a big help. But I got my first rain-in-the-face. Just a little, but I guess because the hose was up instead of down; the water descended. It used to be when the hose started filling up, it rattled so much it woke me up and I just dumped the water out and went back to sleep.
I am going to have to implement these things one at a time.
I am so grateful for all the help. I really was just about through with the machine until I got here.
