I have the S8 AutoSet II. I would appreciate it if someone could PM a link to the clinician's manual.
Thanks.

PM me your e-mail address and I'll return the favour I was done, namely I'll e-mail you a copy of the manual.
Tyropita,
Thanks for the response. By the way are you in any way related to Spanikopita?

I desperately need to adjust my ResMed Elite EPR II for an altitude change it is set for sea level and I'm on vacation above 7000 feet with no access to a clinic. Anyone who can send a manual could literally be a life saver.
Thank you,
Blmunro

Both the S8 AutoSet II and the S8 Elite II automatically compensate for altitude up to 8500'. I'm not sure about the other S8s.

Yup, yup, before the S8 IIs, the S8 Elite and S8 AutoSet Vantage self-adjusted for altitude as well.

For the sore nose try BAND-AID friction block it works 100 % for me. Chuck

PM me your email address and I will send you a copy.[/quote]
Hi,
I am from Cairns, Australia (not Canada) and I too could use a PDF of the Clinician's Manual. Because of the current favourable exchange rate I purchased an S8 Elite II EPR machine through "SECONDWIND" in the US. Unfortunately no manuals. Any assistance gratefully accepted.

I am new to this forum and never could interpret any posting rules correctly, getting senile fast. I received a ResMed escapr 2 to use and bought a used one to use in the country. My question is how to set the air cm H 2 0 pressure. The people who set my original one up won't say unless I rent another one from them.
Would the clinical manual show me how to do this? If so could some body e=mail me one.
Thanks in advance.

hechie, if you'll register as a member of the forum people can privately send you a message, a "PM." Someone (or many someones) can you get the manual you'd like to have. Registration is free and they don't spam you. Using an email address out in the open as a guest nickname might start filling your mailbox with spam.
