Run auto with EPR off to see if that changes anything

Run straight CPAP at 10, 12 or 15.

Given that I am running Auto at 11 right now, will runing straight CPAP at 10 accomplish anything?

Right now I am leaning toward running straight CPAP at 12.....
I don't think fixed CPAP at 10 will accomplish anything. EPR is probably what you getting such a low 95% pressure, and possibly its drop is what's causing high AHI.

You've go to find a way of keeping your exhale pressure from dropping too low - fixed 12 and EPR 3 will give you 9 for exhale - which is simply not enough in your case.

O.

Thanks everyone for the kind help.

I've decided to run CPAP at 12 with EPR during the settling period only (25 minutes). I tried using only EPR during settling last night (on Auto -11), I woke up without my mask. Based on usage data, I took it off 2.7 hours into the session. Hopefully I will get used to the lack of EPR quickly.
