Life consists of a series of choices. Sounds like you have make your choices.

No one else has tried to exclude data from their reports. Insurance, docs, or DME's certainly do not require data to be excluded.

I gave you the answer above but you want something even easier. You said you are a programmer - I guess Now it's time for you to write a program that meets your needs, my friend.
Nah, it doesn't pay well enough ... I was able to connect to the SQL 2005 database using Access 2007 and kill the data that way ... problem solved, but thanks for your input Gumby ...
