I like it a lot, faster than IE, not trashed down, I run 3 pages open all the time, so I may show up here and be elsewhere. I miss a few tweaks here and there but I can live with it. I've tried other 3rd party too, in fact I left one to use this. They just did a upgrade a few days ago, didn't see much change. Sometimes I run it and IE 7 at the same time. Crome doesn't support my convert to .pdf add in, some things I want hard copy from. Jim

Right now I use FireFox (FF). If it don't work with FF - I don't go there. FF has IE tabs add-on for those who must.

Here is what I found yesterday, fwiw -

We recently began highlighting unusual behavior of companies with a “shoot yourself in the foot” column. At least once a week, we come across a corporate or product-related decision, which appear to be far enough from common sense that they deserve a special note on TG Daily. We officially kick off our new “ShootFoot” column with Google.

Jusr read the artical, I don't agree, never had a problem with the program operation, what they are wanting to call features, I call bloat. Before Crome I used Avant, Crome proved more stable, faster, and cleaner looking pages. I like the way it highlights mispelled words. I do run Window Washer, and dump my cookies and trash every 4 hours, (I go to the end of the Internet more than once a day) I currently run 54 programs on each computer, and yes I use them. Jim

To get good answers you need to spell it out and make sure it is all correct. The more correct information you can provide (don't take that wrong please), the better help you will get from us.

As I said before, right now your machine is an m series but your humidifier is a "tank" one so they aren't compatible. With that confusion, then the machine you have is questionable. With that then the software use is even more questionable as if you have a "tank Pro" (tank is legacy series), then getting software is a big waste of your money.

Encore Pro and Encore Viewer handle card erasures quite differently also and many with Viewer do erase cards with this utility that Den (Wulfman) provided the link for on his post on page 1.

Some of us have learned over time a card in a machine doesn't mean you get "real" data so we are trying to help you out.

You really didn't do anything wrong, what's wrong is that the software allows "Iconny" in the first place, I understand why, they link to CPAP.COM, which is fair, it creates traffic, but that traffic doesn't need to be me, I'm a customer of their anyway. If it wasn't for INS, they would be my only supplier. Iconny, just adds to confusion and misleading statements, it's not good for the people trying to help or for people that get mis-advice due to bad Iconny info. So I have a crusade to stamp it out. Jim
