South Carolina -- grew up on a small farm in a lil place called Donalds.
Lived there the first 28 years of my life. Moved to Buffalo, SC, (I'd never heard of it either. It's smaller than Donalds.) So I just usually say I live in Union, SC now. Been here 32 years. Hope to go back to the farm in Donalds, someday, whenever I can retire.

Presently retired in Tennessee,,,on the other side of the mountain from Rested Gal! Raised in Michigan, lived in Ohio, stationed in California(the dream assignment), England, Egypt, South Africa, the former Soviet Union (the assignment from hell), back to Tanzania, then Kenya. Finally back to Michigan and now Tennessee. No, I did NOT pack....the government does all that, even kindly packing used Brillo pads, partial roll of paper towel and my own personal favorite, trashcan still containing trash! God Bless the USA!

Grew up in a town about a 30 minute drive from where I live today. We built our home in 1955 when had my step daughter, our 1st Daughter and the twins, boys were babies and been here every since.
Live in upstate part ( Northern) New York ( about 4 hours drive north of N.Y. City). Always lived in NY State.
