You might want to consider another mask......one that seals better.

After a bunch of experimentation, I found the Aura Headrest to be the best for me. I use 2" Blue 3M Delicate Release, and Lansenoh Lanolin (for breast-feed moms) on my nares (to seal the nasal prongs).

My leaks are almost zero......usually an almost flat line. My AHI is running around 0.3 consistently.

Hilarious thread! I was candidly wondering if breast creme tubes are ever sold in "R" and "L" two-packs.

Also wondering about that ever-so-versatile Kentucky Jelly rested gal mentioned.

And I also thought the word "Astwoglide" referred to those twacks on the Houston Astwodome's wetwactable woof. Walgween's sells them now? Wow!


p.s. Put me down as another hosehead who prefers the highly sane FFM approach instead of mouth tape... But that was before I knew about all the tubular solutions discussed in this thread.
