Just received a reply from "Phil" at mypap.org.

"Generally this is either because you do not have dotNET 2.0 runtime installed on your PC (free download from Microsoft
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... 4362-4b0d-
8edd-aab15c5e04f5&DisplayLang=en )

Or you are not running the installation as an administrator or user with admin permissions."

Personally, I have both <dot> NET 2.0 installed as well as Administrator permissions and still no go but maybe the above will help a few of you.

Good luck!

Mark

Do you have the card reader? (and drivers installed) I was under the impression from your previous posts that you haven't gotten it yet. I've never actually tried to or had to use that utility from mycpap.org, but a person at least needs the "tools" to use it when they get it.

I just confirmed with Phil at mycap.org that you do need the card reader driver installed as well as the smart card reader service running for the application to work.

Wulfman to the rescue! I've been using this utility since Hawthorne told me about it early on. I also use her PrimoPDF. I reformat the card every Sunday morning as she suggested and no more lost data. Thank you Hawthorne!

Mark,

Welcome to the forum! I did not detect any undue negativity. It sounds to me like you have the right attitude to succeed, and that you plan to be in charge of your therapy, which are both good things. Keep it up!
