Jules, I can't say I blame you one bit for not wanting to take vacations in Chicago.
No, at the time you were still teaching college math and I worked in the AV department. You asked me to bring any film demonstrating the banana-tally principle to your students. Don't you remember when I brought
this film to your class?
I'm hurt... I think I'll book a cruise on the Banana Tally Boat to soothe my feelings and increase my potassium levels. Jules, those were darn good days and you know it.

It wasn't those vacations in Chicago but those trips to watch the Cubs lose (how can you call that a vacation) on those trips to conferences where it was easiest to take the train into Chicago.
How could I forgot that film? I didn't realize that was you love? Remember those little sneaks into the back areas in the AV department to check out those old films that were stored back there?

I am very glad I left LOL (Land of Lincoln) and moved out of there. I hope to never return to Illinois and only would go back if there was some medical need and insurance dictated it as I have State of Illinois Employees group insurance still. There are many aspects of life there I don't miss at all.

Not a big fan of the Illinois weather or landscape myself. I just may enjoy a permanent port-of-call when my Banana Tally Boat cruise finally hits Jamaica---an alluring island where the locals constantly say things like: "No problem".
Sorry for getting sidetracked again, Browser. Back to your health-related discussion. Despite this thread's occasional forays into fringe behavior, there are some pretty good on-topic discussions happening in this thread to be thankful for IMO.
Very easy to get frustrated when people aren't helping us in the exact manner of expression or behavior we would prefer as we seek their assistance.

This is a forum for support in using CPAP and if you think my comment above is to put you down for not being in compliance, (and that had been my only post on this thread until the one just above this to -SWS), then you do need your head examined big time. I don't enter into technical discussions of topics I know nothing about.
Sorry Mike, my memory is normally pretty good about who says what on this board. You were looking for trouble when you came here a year and a half ago. That didn't change when you came back this summer. You put me down on Friday so I went looking.
Again, I hope you can find the help you need.
I never came here looking for trouble a year and a half ago and have been here since this board started. I have been here since cpapman was the first on the internet selling cpap related items. I knew you went looking when I "as you say" put you down. I did not put you down. You were once again wrong in a post and as it irritates me to no end how you inject yourself into many discussions with useless diatribe I pointed out once again how wrong you were. Many of your own posts come across like a spoiled 12 year old who now has an identity and a cause.
But lets just agree that I don't like you "online" and you don't like me.
I knew when I made that post that you would start wondering but what I didn't know was my new name would be attached under "also posted as" in old threads. What can I say,you really bring the worst in me out. You caught me. This doesn't make you a smart gal.
SAG,-SWS - I apologize for my comments in that last post and my comments in the post where I was trying to get someone to comment on my reports I posted.
I counted three times where I spewed hateful unprovoked comments in a year and a half. If the comments fit otherwise "wear them".
SAG - Now that I have told you how much it irritates me when you throw around the big words(and I am not the only one to ever say as much)did I ever tell you how annoying it is when someone refers to themselves in third person? I do respect your knowledge a great deal as well as a few others on here.
What more can I say - I screwed up - busted ! I have now owned up to it and removed any doubt there was and I now don't expect to get any help on here once again.

Snoredog - I have really appreciated your assistance in this thread. Now that I got that out let me say that YOU SIR have absolutely no room to comment on me as it concerns a hateful post. If I need help than you REALLY need help. You have spewed hatred for a long time. At least I have shown remorse in the past and now. I have never understood why you have been given a pass and I get killed? Maybe because you have a lot of good knowledge to share, I don't know...

Could it be that part of your frustration lies in a very clear pattern of your rejecting both ideas and people as you seek help on this board? There was an explicit suggestion to simply move on---in the post immediately prior to the unnecessary rejections and explanations you just wrote. I'll issue that same invitation once again on the chance that assistance is what you want most:
In the above post and now this post -SWS wrote:Sorry for getting sidetracked again, Browser. Back to your health-related discussion.
Those prolific verbal attacks by Snoredog are a separate and valid issue that seem to be gaining a lot of heated discussion lately. Let's not pretend or perceive that anyone drove you off the message board, Browser. No one asked you to leave before or now.

I don't know why I did what I did but it sure as hell wasn't for attention. Well actually I do know why I posted the first post and did it anonymously and it was because I was so tired of sifting through Sags writing,it is a pet peeve of mine, the way people don't write to the general population and I have the same issue with political speech and reporters sometimes. Throwing the big words around is a waste of time and most people don't know what they mean so why do it. What I don't know is why I let it bother me and maybe the resident shrink here Ozij can tell me.
Ozij, I do not have emotional problems other than problems mentioned in this thread although I agree it would appear so based on the way I tried to wiggle out of that post that got me in trouble. I don't have MPD or something, just a misunderstood dry sense of humor and maybe the occasional angry post when I have had an especially bad night and am at my worst.
Browser,
I thinkg we can imagine the anxiety and embarassment - nobody would go about deleting their own posts the way you did if they were not embarassed.
I was honestly thinking of your not so occasional bursts of anger - and the agony and frustration in this avatar.
I managed to read a quit a number of you mt* posts
before you deleted them en masse - and noticed how frequently you felt the need to delete parts of messages, and apologize
after the fact -.
That work's only so many times.
Read this sentence - from your present apology - again, and for once instead of deleting it leave it as it is, ask yourself how that kind of "apology" would make you feel.
Well actually I do know why I posted the first post and did it anonymously and it was because I was so tired of sifting through Sags writing.
SAG's writing, and -SWS's have nothing to do with your decision to make that post anonymously. And then deny it. And you kid yourself if you think doing those things anonymously is an expression of a "misunderstood dry sense of humor".
Jules is right, you know, your
are your own worst foe -.
Get yourself to the best sleep lab you can, Mike. Maybe a lot if it did start with the OSA. But look yourself honestly in the mirror too - don't delete your posts, because they can teach you something you have to learn
about yourself.
Good luck, and take care.
O.
For the record - just because I deleted all of my posts doesn't mean they were all bad. As a matter of fact there were only a few negative sounding posts.

SAG was not aware that he did this. He certainly doesn't want to be perceived as being hippopotomonstrosesquipedalian.

I got back from fishing for Humuhumunukunukuapua’a at Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamogg with my old buddy Bob the Antitransubstantiationalist and I logged on to my favorite site. Imagine my Incomprehensibilities at the Disproportionableness over such a Floccinaucinihilipilification by so many persons of Honorificabilitudinitatibus. It made my Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanokoniosis flair up and I had to go to bed and lie down for a nap. But I used my CPAP so it all came out right in the end.
