I'm a little confused. I'm still fairly new to the nasal pillow scene, so please excuse my ignorance. When you order a new set of pillows from your DME do you always get one of each of three sizes? The reason I ask is that when I get resupplied by my DME I get two sets of pillows of the appropriate size (small in my case). Each is individually wrapped in what appears to be original Resmed packaging - roughly 8" x 10" sealed plastic bag with one end perforated to make it easy to open. It's nice because I don't end up with multiples of sizes I don't use, but I'm wondering if I'm getting the shaft. If I should be getting 3 pillows (1 each sm, Med & Lg) and am instead getting 2 smalls for the same price, then I'm getting ripped off as I could be exchanging to ones I don't need to ultimately end up with 3 pillows instead of 2.

I think the people who are getting 3 sizes are getting complete headgear set with pillows. If you are just getting replacement pillows then you are probably just getting the size you use.

when you are already established as a nasal pillow mask user, when you get replacements, your insurance allows 2 replacement pillows monthly and they will ONLY give you the size you use, so you get 2 of one size. You should get three different sizes only when you get a new Swift mask.
