Could someone clarify for me if posting pillows that come as a part of a "Starter Kit" but are not used is allowed? My DME keeps sending me full starter kits when they send me replacement mask/headgear and I'm accumulating a bunch of nasal pillows that I don't use. I imagine I'd wrap them in bubble wrap and stick them in a mailer to ship if someone wanted to trade, but they aren't sealed or otherwise packaged. It seems wasteful to just pitch them if someone else can benefit.

Go ahead. They are new and unused even if not sealed in separate bag. We have all swapped out those extra unused nasal pillows from those complete/starter kits.

So definitely allowed and encouraged.

Fit Tested / unused - pillows/cushions for Resmed Airfit P30i - though I do not know if the silicone has aged and changed color - I've had these pillows laying around a while and they look like they have a tint to them that is different when compared to the nasal cradles for the N30i: 1x Small and 1x Medium

Unused / No packaging (from mask kit): Resmed Airfit N30i nasal cradles: 2x Small, 2x medium

Non-smoking Feline friendly household, anything that has not been stored in a bag will be rinsed of fluff/dust and dried before sending.

Let them know in no uncertain terms that you will NOT accept the new style pillows.
Now, it's time to change to a different mask, and maybe a different dealer.

I just changed to the n30i today from the f20. I have been fitted with a small. Just curious what the difference is between small and small wide. I tried to rest today with it on, and I don't like this one either.

I tried this once, and they sent me more of the ones I did not want. The call before that, the lady told me I needed to get fitted for something new nad that the company wiuld be reaching out. That was at least idk 2 or 3 months ago. It sucks seriously because I have to wear /use cpap for compliance reasons in order to be able to get meds for narcolepsy. My crap pot of a doc has only diagnosed me with OSA. Which according to tests and the MyChart that monitors my sleep I have like maybe .2 occurrences per hour. However, I often will have the thjng ride up my head knocking it off my nose, have to talk (kids), have a stuffy nose, etc... and then I dream almost the entire time I sleep even for naps. Or even if I microsleep. If I am wearing the mask., I will dream I am wearing the mask..... ridiculous.
