You would breathe "hard" for up to 4 hours. Anything longer than that and you should seek a doctor immediately.

That happens during my REM sleep now anyway thanks to my CPAP, so I wouldn't need the Viagra.

With PAP treatment ... I don't need Viagra.

Besides, the wife can't handle more than 3 or 4 hours at a time.

So unless the doc happens to be a nice looking female ... I have no use for the doc either.
