You might want to change your profile. From your description you must have the Classic (Tank) Remstar. Your profile says you have the "M" Pro. Just for your information they did it on the "M". The humidifier is intergrated with the on button. When you auto start it also turns on the humidifier. May be the only thing they did right on the "M".

Thanks, I saw the strange post but did not look at dates enough to figure it out. When we run across one of these are we allowed to delete it on our own?

The EXACT same thing has happened to me TWO night in a row now! And I already have severe DRY NASAL PASSAGES and constant stuffiness in one of my nostrils from a deviated septum! I totally agree, they should tie that in for us sleepy hoseheads, tourning on 2 things in the middle of the night is just crazy... Hope we don't forget again tonight, two for me was to much and that cold air is coldddddd!

As 6PtStar mentioned, having those 2 things turn on at the same time is tied together on the Respironics M-series machines.
