Hello
It is my first time here. I just wanted to say hi!

Phillips is a bureaucracy.
As for "100% of your patients, 100% of the time.", that is an incompetent claim at best. Phillips Respironics do not make enough types and sizes of interfaces to achieve that.

An example of the incompetence of the Phillips bureaucracy is that I wanted to find out basic information about two new Lifeline emergency call service devices to see if a person I help should add them to her service. I crawl through the web site to find appropriate pages, which lack good information. So I fill out the web form, twice as their claimed character limit is in reality not allowed.
I get a phone message from someone who called from a faked caller ID (the displayed number is not in service) giving me an 800 number with an extension number that is not recognized by switchboard people at that number, though he did answer one of my questions. Duh?
However I did get an email clearly answering my second question.
Typical of bureaucracies is they have some good employees who carry the rest on their backs.
That and the botched designs of machine and mask certainly work against buying any more Phillips Respironics CPAP products.

Maybe you just misinterpreted that, and it should be "100% of your patience, 100% of the time."
