That was the machine I had prior to the one I have now (REMstar Auto C-Flex CPAP Machine)

Yep, GregNGa, I was just pointing out that the old xPAP you mentioned and others had asked what kind it was is listed in your Sig. The old RemRest Model 902. I'm willing to guess, given the Rem in RemRest, that this is an early Respironics device. NOT an off-brand at all. Respironics used RemStar for their series of xPAPs prior to their current M Serie. RemRest may well have been an early series of Respironics' xPAPs.

That unit isn't "old" at all. My father-in-law still uses a monster of a machine. It's about the size of two reams of paper stacked. (without humidifier) I believe it is made by GE.
It's features include:
- ON
OFF
A vertical needle gauge to show the pressure.
A screw adjustment on the back to adjust the pressure.
I believe he has been using it for 12 years. I know the hour meter on the back is currently reading well over 16,000 hours.
I think he is going to look into a new unit soon.
My point here is that even though your unit may be old and useless to you, it still may save the life of someone who has no insurance. If it still works well, I would either keep it as a backup, or donate it to someone. I think someone previously mentioned A.W.A.K.E.

I contacted A.W.A.K.E. several weeks ago right after it was mentioned on this post and they had no interest in it

How nice to know that A.W.A.K.E. is now so flush w/monies and xPAPs that they don't need your CPAP.
