The Whisper Cap for the M series has only a small hole on top. I wonder if Bret is aware and if anything can be done to help the aromas get into this modified air flow stream?

Anyone else find a way?

Yup--I just took the dern thing offa' dere cuz it didn't seem to make a bit of difference in the sound anyway --but the Pur~Sleep has been a tremendous benefit I would never have predicted.

There might be OTHER!!
SO I would like for "PurSleep" to use more of these GREAT oils.............

My friend, you have expensive tastes in smells. Wow. True jasmine, rose, and sandalwood essential oil (I mean the real, authentic, natural stuff) is far too expensive for my pocketbook, much less to maintain business inventory and find people willing to spend what it would cost to make it work.

But the ylang ylang, while expensive, is within the realm of economics. Hence, Paradise. It's first distillation ylang ylang.

I've since become aware of a very nice blend of tangerine + ylang ylang + patchouli. It's outstanding. I'm not quite sure what to do about this one. I might reformulate Fresh to add some patchouli and perhaps some ylang ylang. I say that because no matter how nice Fresh may be, it's lacking a bit of a base note to carry the aroma. Just a tiny bit of real patchouli gives that Fresh blend a very nice quality that it's lacking. . . .

And Gumby, I am aware of the WhisperCap. It should not be that complicated to physically arrange the aromatic so that it's near the negative pressure zone. It might take some books to prop things up a bit but the basic function is the same--the aromatic goes near the negative pressure zone (the air intake).

Thanks to all for the feedback--keep it coming! I'm still sending out samples. Darius, your mailing address was bad so please contact me about your samples.

SleepGuy;

Have We / You come to a conclusion on how to get SAMPLES in the hands of DME \'s ????Image
or "NEW" users....

HOW ABOUT a list of Forum members that would volunteer to drop off SAMPLES to their DME or COUPONS!
You could put a code number on the coupons and the Volunteer would get a price deduction on items they order from you when their numbers get returned from the coupons?

Bert, this is an excellent suggestion. I am now about a month away from having free sample packages to give away, preferably to new patients. These are not free to me, of course, so I will need to be able to make prudent decisions about the best way to place samples.

I would appreciate any suggestions that might be offered.

Also, for the people who have contacted me about the sample offer, it's still open, though I cannot guarantee for how long! Simply follow the instructions in the first post.

These sound like a potentially good idea and i would love to try anything that might help me. I'm especially interested in the lavender sample. As for other samples i don't know as i've clicked all over the website but can't find a page that lists all the fragrances. Can you please tell me where to look.
thanks,

If by types of samples available I don't know, but if by all the fragrances you mean all the Pur-Sleep aromatic products, follow these steps:
1) Go to this site: www.pur-sleep.com
2) Click on Products at the top of the page
3) Select Aromatic Refills
or here is the direct link: http://www.pur-sleep.com/products/produ ... category=2

Unfortunately, I've been spammed. Big time. Somehow news of the free sample program made it to various "Freebie" websites and I've been flooded with requests from non-cpapers posing as cpapers in order to get something for nothing.

So I am going to have to discontinue this offer (at least for now), unless I can get really comfortable that the source of the request is from the boards and is 100% legitimate.

It's too bad because I've been having fun giving this stuff away!

I am sorry to hear that Bret!!! You are a great guy and to have that happen is disheartening I am sure!!

One thought is -- when not do as Bert suggested -- on a limited basis if necessary.

I know that I would take them to my local DME's to hand out and to our local sleep lab. Or ask forum members for addresses of their local sleep labs and DME's. I still have some of your brochures to pass out as well. I need to remind myself to take some to work as I have some co-workers who would benefit from your product.

I'm also sorry to hear you've been spammed. I will take samples to my DME. I know that the sleep therapist and two others in the office use XPAP therapy themselves. So, I'll take them samples. This should lead them to want it in the storefront. I don't think just because they're big they can't carry what they want in their own storefront versus what corporate says they can carry.

The spam wave seems to be over so I will accept sample requests. Please provide enough detail so I know you're a cpap patient and tell me how you found out about the sample program etc.

The official sample program is about 3 weeks out yet....

Happy Holidays!

I tried twice to order (and pay) for PurSleep and was declined by the website. I would like samples, free would be great, but will pay also.

Can anyone help?

Free samples (alone) cannot be ordered through the website (though there is a product listing for them). Sample requests should be sent to sales@pursleep.com, along with a mailing address and enough information that I can tell you're a legitimate cpap patient. I am sending out standard sample packs and no longer fill custom sample requests.

Thanks!

Got my samples. THANKS BRET! I really like the new packaging. I think this is definitely a winner.

As for Patchouli..... I think you should offer it as a completely SEPARATE new scent. Some people really react to Patchouli as a negative scent. They think it smells like moldy dirt. Now *I* would buy a nice Patchouli blend, but someone else might really hate it.

On a completely different note, if you like Ambergris and Patchouli scents, check out Balmain's new fragrance "Ambre Gris". Not that I'm suggesting you use it instead of PurSleep. But it's a nice perfume.

Cheers,
B.
