Hello... I have been a CPAP user for about 6 years, and then a BiPap user for about 2 years. On Friday, my BiPap decided to die (we had a really nice "service" for it ) and I was given a BiPap Auto M Series by my provider. It seems to work really well, but the unit did not have a user manual (which I have been able to D/L) or any other paperwork. Would it be possible for me to get a copy of the "provider" manual on this unit? I would appreciate any assistance anyone could give. If all else fails, my e-mail is sam.sumner@juno.com. THANKS! Sam

Sam, I think most people in the world are really wonderful, however I also believe there are certain guidelines we should follow to not be bothered by those who aren't so wonderful. In that spirit, I think you should edit your post to delete your personal email. Just ask anyone with info to PM (Private Message) you. This should keep your personal email address from getting spammed with who knows what from who knows who.

I e-mailed him back and suggested the same thing......after I sent him the manual. That's why I deleted it out of his post where I quoted him.

That means they haven't opened the e-mail yet. When they do, it'll move from the Outbox to the Sent folder.

My wife uses a Respironics BiPAP Auto M BiFlex machine and at a pressure of 18 over 12 she has a horendous amount of air leaks and gets very little sleep at night. Can anyone provide the Clinician Set-Up guide for this machine since it, no doubt, shows how to reduce the 18 pressure so that we can make it less likely to leak. We need HELP.

We have the user manual but need the Clinician Set-Up, Thanks

If you have it, coule you please send to jingly77796@mypacks.net.
Thanks in advance.
Richard
