Re: 2 months passed, will CPAP repair my under warranty BIPAP?

Just a couple of thoughts:
Our company has approached Resmed on several occasions offering to assist them in warranty repairs. So far they have been less than cooperative in this effort. We did manage to get them to permit us to repair their equipment if it was out of warranty due to a major purchaser of their equipment insisting that they make that compromise.
As far as waiting months for a repair to be completed, one might consider finding an alternative source of repair for an ailing CPAP. The manufacturers of this equipment obviously don't advertise alternative sources of repair in order to keep that revenue "in house". You may find that you can get your equipment repaired quicker by utilizing another repair source. Just be sure to ask them about their warranty contracts and qualifications to affect repairs on this equipment.
I hope this post didn't appear too self serving. but we hear from hundreds of CPAP owners that worry about sleeping without their equipment and understand the urgency they feel about getting a fast repair.
