Pillar treatment? I wouldn't think that would work for everyone. Everyone is built different. Yes I noticed the avatar thing too. I reported it just now.

My memory is so bad sometimes that I literaly stand there scratching my head trying to figure out what the heck I was going to do or say. I mean it's getting pretty bad. Maybe it's the lack of oxygen for all those years and the fact that I have been on antidepressents for so long. I am only 28 I souldn't have this bad of a memory! I guess it's either that or suffocate at night while I sleep. It's just weird that memory is now starting to go and not before treatment.
Is it possible that you're more alert and therefore noticing your memory is worse : )

On a more serious note, speak to your doctor about the antidepressant you're using to see if it has a side effect that would present your symptom(s). While I was a bit on the humorous side with my last post, there is an element of truth to it as when I began to become more alert (after APAP), it was then that I noticed many things that had gone under the radar during the time was was like the walking dead.

I agree with gasp. It was only when I started feeling better that I realized how bad I was before. Before I just thought I felt badly but didn't realize that it showed so much to everyone.

It reminds me that about a year or so after I started cpap, when I happened to read work stuff that I had done before, I was embarrassed at what a bad state I had been in.
