What would cause you to still snore even if you are on your cpap machine??
Is the pressure to low its set at 13 right now.

Still snoring on cpap
Mouth leaks, mask leaks and too little pressure are the most obvious.
If you don't solve the leaking, additional pressure won't fix the problem.

You could also make sure you pillow fits the natural lay or curve of your neck as to not add additional obstruction or positional asphyxia.

A sleep professional told me this:
CPAP therapy does not necessarily "cure" snoring. Although it often DOES stop snoring, (while the CPAP is used, at least)--the whole idea is to treat apneas/sleep disordered breathing, believe it or not!
Gee, and I thought that was one of the GOOD things about using CPAP. Now it turns out that I still snore just a little.
Karen,
Who has always hated to snore

Be kinder than necessary; everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

I second and third everything said, the only thing I can add is don't sleep on your back!
If you joined the forum and filled in you profile (in Text), we wouldn't have to make as many guesses on how to help your problems, XPAP isn't a anti-snoring device, snoring is just a symption of sleep apnea. Parts in your airway can be soft, and wave in the breaze like a flag, causing noise. Jim

I had the same problem. For me, it turned out that I needed a higher pressure. I was titrated twice in the sleep lab at 11 cm, but that pressure didn't stop my snoring, and it didn't bring my apneas down enough to make me feel better.
Nothing changed till I got an APAP, and let it do the job. It increased my pressure. I had fewer apneas, felt more rested, and my snoring finally stopped.
