Nice machine but it is only a nice machine if you can see and track your results, if NOT, the SandmanAuto is a much better buy and we know its software is available and what the reports look like.

Yeah, well, that software was originally promised out in late summer. The proof will be in the pudding WHEN it is actually available AND what data it REALLY is going to provide. They have NOT told us that yet either than I've been able to find.

FYI - Respironics has a patent on the combination of EPR (lowering the pressure on exhalation) and AutoCPAP. Any machine other than a Respironics will only use EPR in CPAP mode, not AutoPap.

Wrong company.
ResMed's technology is EPR......Respironics' technology is C-Flex and A-Flex (and Bi-Flex on Bi-Level machines).

And, in the new S8 Autoset II machines, ResMed has a new technology called "Easy-Breathe" in Auto mode.

AND......Invacare has a technology called "SoftX", that's supposed to perform similarly.
