This makes no sense to me. If you have your cpap pressure set correctly it is probably set at level of 90% or higher. So if you get an apap and set it correctly, it will run at a level lower than your cpap setting 10% or less of the night. How will this help?

By the way, I have tried cpap, apap, A-Flex and C-Flex and I still have the gas at night.
I could be mistaken, but I thought I read several posts stating their pressure was lower quite a bit of the night. Currently my CPAP is 10. The APAP will be 6-12 to start, which is the range they did on my last study. I anticipate much of the night at 8. 8 is my original CPAP setting and my bloat was quite a bit less.

As for your experience, looks like you have tried a lot without results. Since my research on bloating I've experimented and confirmed my problem is air injection into the stomach. I'll touch it up a bit when I get time and pdf it. If allowed I'll make it available to the forum.

Rested... My son has had a pair of them with the last in December. We think this one will hold and it helps GERD for sure. I will ask him about swallowing air as he does that too. He was recently diagnosed and approved for a machine but no insurance. The doc told him to get an auto because of all his other stuff.
