Sharon, I hesitate to ask this, but... that
was with mask on and machine going each and every time, right?
Unfortunately, even if cpap is doing its part of the job great, there can be sooooo many other health and/or sleep hygiene problems that can leave a person worn out and fatigued. As can a lot of med side effects.
I know you are doing everything you can to get the "cpap" treatment going right. And you've probably checked out other possible health things too... thyroid, for example.
Hope you get more relief soon! Has to be frustrating for you to be not feeling great.

yeah, i wore my mask...that would be WAY too much sleepin without it, (then again, it was way too much sleeping with it LOL)--thanks for askin, i know you've got my back
i've come to terms with the fact that cpap may be doing all it can do for me, and my other health issues are likely the reason i don't feel better than i do, but my frustration lies in the fact that after that most recent study, when i changed my setting to the new pressure the dr. suggested, i ended up losing any ground i had gained; i had been hoping for more improvement and ended up worse off...
so i'm hoping to be back on track soon and feeling at least as well as i was before january, if not better
