HMB,
Very good, I must admit I have long suspected part of the problem could be the gap between epap & ipap & the more we have closed that gap the better your results have tended to be.
I am still not certain this is an issue as a lot will have to do with factors I don't yet know (such as your physical build & neck structure & some other issues (smoking past etc:)).
Judging by AHI score alone this is looking good but the acid test id you feeling more awake & having more energy.
This is a big advance over day 1

In a day I will be off on 2 weeks hols (driving from Sydney to Adelaide IIRC about 1,200 miles). We are part of a convey of classic & vintage cars heading to a national gathering in the Barossa Valley (Australia's premier wine country near Adelaide).
As regards your therapy, I believe you have learned a lot and can perhaps begin to experiment just a little if you want to.
I will try to log in from time to time & will look for this thread.
Good luck

Sounds like a great trip. OK, well I will just post this because I found it very interesting. I decided to go back to my full face mask, the one from the sleep study. I hate it, because it makes my skin break out, but because my nose is sore, I felt like it would be a good idea. Some interesting things happened, check out the MV. I will continue to use the full face mask for a few days and if it stay consistent, I might actually move back to one, perhaps just try to find one that doesn't irritate my skin. Have fun on your pilgrimage.

Have you tried soaking the soakable parts of your FFM in soapy water for 30-60 mins? I learned to do this religiously to any new mask to keep my face from getting contact dermatitis.
I realize your mask is not that new - but an extended soak may still help.
F&P (for instance) say some parts of their masks should not be soaked - hence my caveat.

NO i have not. I will try that. This mask fits kind of weird. I really dont think it fits well, when I was at the study the tech was having a hard time, he said one was too big one was too small, I think this one is too small.
